Information Technology Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Manager to head and supervise the technology strategy and everyday IT operations across the Retail and Hospitality sectors. This leadership position is crucial for driving digital transformation, reinforcing cybersecurity, and managing IT infrastructure to support expansion across multiple brands. Additionally, the role involves assembling and nurturing a high-performing IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT division across all brands, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategic goals.
• Formulate and implement IT strategies that enhance digital transformation, operational efficiency, and scalability of business operations.
• Supervise IT infrastructure, including cloud technologies and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Manage the deployment, upkeep, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and other critical business applications.
• Promote innovation by incorporating AI-driven technologies and sophisticated data analytics to enhance decision-making.
• Direct IT projects, oversee vendor relations, and manage system upgrades, delivering results on schedule and within budget.
• Recruit, mentor, and oversee a competent IT team, encouraging continuous development.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by offering insights on emerging technology trends and potentials.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of verified IT leadership experience within retail or hospitality sectors.
• Deep practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, cloud solutions, AI technologies, and strong cybersecurity practices.
• Proficient in project management, effectively balancing long-term planning with day-to-day operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a proactive, hands-on attitude toward IT challenges.
• Strong communication skills capable of influencing senior executives and leading cross-functional teams.
