Their solution provides real-time insights, operational control, and measurable enhancements in factory performance. Utilizing a smart subscription model, they deliver pre-configured sector-specific solutions that avoid large upfront costs, facilitating scalable adoption by expanding factories.
Role Overview
As an Information Technology Engineer, you will oversee and support the IT framework that sustains Industry360˚'s Industrial Intelligence Platform. Daily responsibilities involve monitoring networks and systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges, securing and maintaining reliable IT/OT connectivity, and offering technical assistance to both internal departments and customers. Additionally, you will implement network security best practices and support system upgrades, configuration changes, and performance tuning. This full-time position is based on-site in Saudi Arabia and requires collaboration with diverse teams to ensure dependable and secure technological operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proficient in IT and technical support encompassing hardware, software, and administrative systems management.
- Experience in networking, including configuration and upkeep of routers, switches, and network services.
- Competence in network security management involving policy enforcement, threat monitoring, and management of firewalls and access permissions.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities to identify and solve advanced technical and connectivity problems.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or comparative practical experience.
- Knowledge of industrial settings, IT/OT system integration, or IIoT technology is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills, careful attention to detail, and aptitude for working effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Fluency in English (written and oral); additional proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
