Role Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer role is located on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and entails analyzing and enhancing manufacturing workflows to raise productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness in client manufacturing facilities. The position involves assessing production processes, designing improvements, and working collaboratively with various teams to integrate the Industrial Intelligence Platform into current operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize manufacturing workflows for increased performance and quality.
• Implement process enhancements aligned with client objectives and operational demands.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including production, maintenance, and IT/OT, for seamless platform integration.
• Assist with deployment of MES, IIoT, and related digital manufacturing technologies on the shop floor.
• Develop and maintain technical documents and provide operational support to factory personnel.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and monitor key performance indicators to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and demonstrated experience in improving production efficiency and quality.
• Background in industrial engineering with expertise in workflow optimization, plant layout design, and productivity analysis.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering related to equipment design, upkeep, and reliability within manufacturing settings.
• Practical experience with machining or equivalent fabrication methods in an industrial environment.
• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Ability to collaborate effectively onsite in Riyadh across production, maintenance, and IT/OT teams.
• Experience or familiarity with MES systems, IIoT technologies, automation, or digital manufacturing platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities, detail orientation, and commitment to upholding safety and quality norms.
• Proficient English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
