About the Role
Join Procter & Gamble's Brand team at the Schwalbach GO & TECH Center, where you will spearhead influencer collaborations driving brand relevance and measurable impact across the company's portfolio. This role is geared towards someone passionate about engaging creators and managing community dialogue beyond campaign periods, working closely with Brand, Media, and PR teams to tailor global strategies locally with cultural and performance acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of influencer partnerships, from insight gathering and influencer choice to content execution and performance evaluation.
- Ensure creator-led initiatives continue fostering community engagement and brand advocacy past campaign conclusions.
- Collaborate with Brand, Media, and PR teams to translate global influencer strategies into impactful local activations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrable experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships managing end-to-end campaigns.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Strong knowledge of the DACH influencer ecosystem and platform mechanics.
- Analytical capability to assess campaign data and optimize performance accordingly.
- Experience handling budgets and delivering outcomes related to engagement, brand awareness, and conversion.
- Capacity to integrate strategic vision with hands-on management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork proficiency in dynamic, multi-stakeholder contexts.
- Ability to develop and sustain effective business partnerships.
- Fluent German language skills are essential.
