Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Manage digital portals for visa processing, work permits (Iqamas), and labor files using official Saudi government platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Keep updated with changes in Saudi Labor Law and immigration regulations, providing timely advice to company leadership on how these changes affect operations.
- Serve as the company's representative during official visits, inspections, and meetings with government ministries such as the Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD).
- Provide assistance to employees throughout their onboarding process, exit formalities, and government-related documentation.
- Conduct HR data analytics to identify improvement opportunities through targeted evaluations and assessments.
- Oversee daily HR operations ensuring smooth functioning of HR activities within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Between two and four years of demonstrated experience in handling HR government operations and generalist HR duties.
- Proficient with Saudi electronic government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, and GOSI.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with professional proficiency in written and spoken forms of both languages.
