About the Role
ShreeTech Data Limited is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. This position involves contributing to a challenging manufacturing plant project by integrating spatial planning, workflow optimization, functionality, and engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop master plans for industrial plants including architectural layouts.
- Plan various functional zones such as production areas, warehousing, office spaces, and utilities.
- Create detailed architectural, working, and construction drawings.
- Collaborate closely with Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and MEP engineering teams.
- Provide support during project planning phases and site execution.
- Optimize the use of space ensuring efficient workflow and functionality.
- Ensure all designs comply with National Building Code (NBC), fire safety norms, and other statutory regulations.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software for architectural design.
- Experience in industrial plant planning and architectural design tailored to manufacturing settings.
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawings and oversee site execution.
- Strong spatial planning and space utilization skills.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor of Architecture degree (B.Arch) and bring a minimum of 10 years of experience primarily with industrial, manufacturing, or factory-based projects. This role demands the capability to envision comprehensive project layouts and translate them into practical designs.
