Role Overview
The position of Independent Distributor involves full-time, on-site engagement located in Gweru. Responsibilities include marketing and distributing Fintek's digital consulting service portfolio to local enterprises and organizations. Daily functions encompass identifying prospective clients, delivering detailed presentations of service offerings, nurturing existing client relationships, and pursuing new leads. The role further requires collecting client feedback, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate service execution, and compiling basic sales activity and market insight reports. Active participation in the community, consistent office attendance, client visits, and adherence to ethical business standards are essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to develop and sustain professional client relationships with excellent interpersonal and customer service capabilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills suited for presentations, meetings, and documentation.
- Foundational knowledge of digital services or eagerness to learn about the company's digital consultancy solutions.
- Strong organizational talents including time management, documentation, and independent goal-oriented work.
- Prior experience in sales, distribution, or business development is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Gweru and travel to client locations as necessary.
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and dedication to inclusive, non-discriminatory business practices.
- Educational background or training in business, marketing, or similar disciplines is a plus.
