Independent Consultant

Role Overview

We seek an Independent Consultant to oversee end-to-end client engagements, encompassing diagnostic evaluation, strategic recommendation, and execution, applying structured analysis and hands-on problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client projects from initial scoping through final delivery phases.
• Perform diagnostic assessments and develop tailored strategic recommendations.
• Create bespoke models, frameworks, and decision-making tools for clients.
• Facilitate executive workshops and communicate findings to senior leadership.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
• Contribute to the development of company intellectual property and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in management consulting or a comparable operational role.
• Proven success in managing high-impact client engagements.
• Advanced analytical capability and structured problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an executive presence.
• Experience leading project workstreams and supervising junior staff.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.

Compensation

Competitive salary aligned with experience, qualifications, and location, with an indicative range between 100,000 and 180,000 USD equivalent, accompanied by benefits.
