Incubation Specialist

Role Overview

We are rapidly expanding and seek an Incubation Specialist to support the growth and success of our restaurant partners. This role involves managing partner relationships, identifying opportunities to grow their business, launching targeted campaigns, and ensuring optimal performance in terms of orders, revenue, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with restaurant partners to foster growth and collaboration.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase partner revenue and order volume.
• Drive marketing and promotional campaigns to boost partner engagement and sales.
• Monitor and enhance day-to-day partner operations for improved performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• One to three years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or E-commerce.
• Background in FoodTech, food and beverage, hospitality, or online delivery sectors is essential.
• A commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication proficiency.
• Comfortable analyzing data and using performance dashboards to track progress.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is mandatory.
