Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Incoming Tour Manager to coordinate both pre-designed and bespoke tour itineraries, oversee budgeting, and maintain effective communication with international clients.
Primary Duties
- Respond to incoming requests ensuring all client requirements are fulfilled
- Maintain client correspondence through email and other communication channels
- Serve as the key intermediary between clients and the office
- Handle client feedback and professionally resolve any issues
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational talents and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines
Additional Information
- Salary ranges between 120,000 and 150,000 AMD net, plus commissions based on sales performance
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
