Role Overview

We are seeking an Incident Management Specialist to join our IT Operation & Control Room Department to ensure seamless operational continuity and efficient incident resolution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately identify, take ownership, and manage alerts with round-the-clock shift coverage.
• Maintain uninterrupted service delivery by proactively addressing and preventing service failures.
• Conduct first-level monitoring across infrastructure, network, and application layers, analyzing data to inform operational decisions.
• Perform operational and specific tasks related to competition management and office automation.
• Assist in incident resolution and addressing large-scale or core issues, coordinating closely with technical and systems engineering teams.
• Oversee monitoring outputs from various tools to verify system health and promptly manage significant problems.
• Utilize company systems appropriately and timely during daily operations.
• Participate in rotational work shifts scheduled 5 days per week, ensuring coverage and timely responses.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in incident management or related IT operations.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, technical, scientific, or related disciplines.
• Solid understanding of incident management monitoring areas and associated tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Nagios, OpManager, Splunk, Dynatrace, Catchpoint, HP Vertical, or ELK Stack.
• Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability to changing scenarios.
• Comfortable collaborating within dynamic teams and environments.
• Fluent Italian communication skills (written and spoken) and a good command of English.
