Learning & Development Coordinator

Role Overview

As a Learning and Development Coordinator at Flutter Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and managing learning initiatives across the region. You will oversee the entire learning and development (L&D) process, from handling training requests and managing e-learning platforms to administering skills management tools and producing detailed learning reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee training requests in collaboration with the procurement team and external training vendors.
• Oversee and enhance the English language learning platform servicing employees across Flutter CEE.
• Maintain precise learning and training records and compile monthly reporting data.
• Manage the e-learning system by planning, coordinating, and reporting on mandatory training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging and efficient e-learning courses.
• Implement and support the adoption of the skills management platform for effective usage.
• Organize logistical arrangements for both internal and external training sessions to ensure smooth execution.
• Constantly evaluate and improve L&D processes, systems, and workflows for better efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist with other L&D projects and initiatives as assigned by the Head of Learning and Development and related stakeholders.

Core Skills & Tools

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort in handling training-related data.
• Experience with e-learning content creation and management tools such as Canva, Articulate 360, or comparable software.
• Good knowledge of Learning and Development processes and related systems.
• Interest in and working knowledge of AI tools applicable to L&D activities.
• Strong organizational capabilities paired with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or a similar capacity is advantageous.
• A genuine passion for learning and developing effective employee training programs.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple processes and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-driven approach to tasks.
• Quick learner with the ability to adjust to varied processes and work efficiently in dynamic environments.
• Confidence in utilizing technology, data analytics, digital learning platforms, and emerging AI tools.
• A collaborative spirit capable of building strong relationships with internal teams, external experts, vendors, and employees.
