Job description
Position Overview
Cogent E Services Pvt Ltd is seeking candidates for multiple openings as Inbound Customer Service Advisors for various processes including non-voice (email) and voice-based support, as well as insurance sales. The roles are based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Available Positions and Requirements
- ATHER Non-Voice Process (Email Support): 20 vacancies. Candidates must be graduates and have at least 6 months of experience in a non-voice process. Fluency in English and any one regional language is required.
- ATHER Voice Process: 20 vacancies. Candidates should have good communication skills in English plus any two regional languages. Both graduates and undergraduates may apply. The selection comprises 50% freshers and 50% experienced candidates.
- APOLLO Insurance Process: 50 vacancies. Requires candidates to be graduates or undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of proven hardcore sales experience. Fluency in English and any one regional language is mandatory.
Compensation Details
- ATHER processes: CTC ₹23,000 with a take-home of ₹22,500 monthly.
- APOLLO Insurance process: CTC ₹25,000 with a take-home of ₹24,500 monthly.
Training Information
- Training for the ATHER Non-Voice process begins on 10th July.
- Training for the ATHER Voice process starts on 20th July.
