Job description
Position Objective
- Responsible for creating, implementing, and communicating visual merchandising concepts to effectively promote the brand, products, and services within the store environment.
- Provide training and coaching to store staff on merchant-centered visual presentation and oversee daily, weekly, and seasonal visual merchandising tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain brand identity and presentation standards consistently across in-store and window displays by crafting engaging and commercially effective visual setups.
- Execute brand-specific visual merchandising guidelines and coordinate store displays according to brand strategy.
- Design floor plans to maximize visual appeal and optimize the store layout.
- Organize merchandise, signage, fixtures, and layout arrangements inside the store.
- Document changes in merchandise displays through photography.
- Incorporate creative lighting techniques for window presentations.
- Optimize placement of new product lines and refresh merchandise to align with emerging trends.
- Develop store layout plans based on product categories to ensure effective presentation.
- Guarantee that merchandise is properly arranged and presented.
- Gather feedback and reviews related to merchandise presentation to inform improvements.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with operations and brand management to boost sales outcomes.
- Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager and sales team to meet commercial objectives.
- Participate in store pre-opening activities and conduct timely visits to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Research current market trends and lifestyle influences to inform visual merchandising strategies.
