ICT & Digital Modernisation Expert

Overview

NTU International A/S is heading a consortium working on the preparation of an EU-financed initiative titled "Egypt Downtown Facility." This project aims to improve the efficiency, alignment, and prominence of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the EU and Egypt. It focuses on delivering agile, adaptive, and superior technical support aligned with bilateral cooperation goals, driving enhanced policy discussions, better program execution, and strengthening institutional abilities of Egyptian bodies engaged in EU-supported operations.

Role Summary

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Non-Key Expert specializing in ICT and Digital Modernisation. The selected professional will provide technical support concerning institutional IT systems, digital workflows, ICT framework, secured communication channels, cybersecurity, and the digital transformation of public sector organizations.

Required Qualifications and Expertise

• Possess a Master’s degree in ICT, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate proficiency in English at a C1 level.
• Arabic proficiency is considered advantageous.
• Accumulate no fewer than 7 years of pertinent professional experience.
• Experienced in evaluating and upgrading institutional IT infrastructures and digital processes.
• Skilled in drafting technical evaluations, defining specifications, and formulating IT modernisation roadmaps.
• Familiarity with secure communication protocols, information systems, and cybersecurity standards.
• Prior exposure to fostering digital modernisation in public sector entities is desirable.
