ICT Aide

About the Role

Tap Growth ai is seeking a committed and detail-focused ICT Aide to join their Singapore office located at 1020 Dover Road S139657. This full-time onsite position involves supporting daily technology operations to ensure smooth functioning and enhancing the dynamic environment of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer audiovisual (AV) support during school activities and events.
• Assist staff in managing and maintaining AV equipment and inventory.
• Capture photos and videos of school events, produce multimedia content, and update the school website accordingly.
• Conduct weekly ICT club training sessions for students.
• Provide occasional training for staff and students on educational software, multimedia, and AV support.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department for ICT and school leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess at least a Diploma in IT or Multimedia related disciplines.
• Have a minimum of two years of experience working as an ICT Trainer or in a similar capacity.
• Hold at least two years of experience in photography, video recording, and multimedia production, including proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe, iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, or Final Cut Pro.
• Proficient with the iOS platform and iPad usage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experienced in iOS productivity apps like Pages, Slides, and Sheets.
• Skilled with Google Suite applications.
• Knowledgeable in AI tools.
• Capable of creating, designing, and managing websites.
• Must be registered as an instructor with the Ministry of Education (MOE) as of the closing date for ITQ.
