About the Position
A prominent recruitment firm specializing in connecting skilled professionals with leading US companies is seeking enthusiastic Junior US IT Recruiters to join their expanding team in Whitefield, Bengaluru. This permanent role targets fresh graduates eager to gain practical experience in global talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside senior recruiters to comprehend US client hiring needs.
- Identify and source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Perform initial candidate evaluations based on qualifications, technical compatibility, and cultural suitability.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communication between candidates and clients.
- Keep detailed and organized recruitment records and trackers updated in the database.
- Acquire knowledge about US recruitment laws, visa categories, and evolving market trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a bachelor's degree in any field; preference given to HR or business-related disciplines.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts corresponding to US time zones.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, prominent job boards, and social media recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational abilities with a results-oriented approach.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual fixed pay of ₹253,200.
- A retention bonus of ₹100,000 payable after 21 months of service.
- Monthly performance-based incentives.

Working Conditions and Additional Details
- Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066.
- Work mode: Onsite (office-based) with no cab transportation provided.
- Shift timing: Night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday.
- Immediate joining required within one week of offer acceptance.
