Role Summary
The role involves performing audits under the IATF 16949 standard to verify client adherence to automotive quality management requirements. It encompasses planning and executing audits, preparing comprehensive reports, and evaluating the effectiveness of quality systems while pinpointing potential areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform audits in accordance with IATF 16949 for client organizations to verify conformity with relevant standards and regulations.
- Organize and oversee all audit stages including scheduling, conducting onsite audits, and producing detailed audit documentation and reports.
- Evaluate clients' quality management systems for effectiveness and compliance; identify any non-conformances and opportunities to enhance processes.
- Communicate audit outcomes and recommended corrective actions to clients to improve their quality management procedures.
- Keep current with evolving industry standards, regulatory updates, and best practices in quality assurance and management.
- Lead training sessions and workshops for clients focused on IATF 16949 guidelines, audit methodologies, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Assist clients in preparation for external certification audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive audit records adhering to company and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal audit tools, methods, and procedural documentation to increase audit effectiveness.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering disciplines.
