IAM Solutions Architect - Global End User Environment

Role Overview

We are collaborating with a global entity to recruit a skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Solution Architect to architect and implement the enterprise-wide identity framework. This position is heavily hands-on, involving comprehensive coverage of the entire IAM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of IAM solution architecture, reference models, and reusable design patterns.
• Devise solutions spanning Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, directory services, and management of non-human identities.
• Architect advanced PAM capabilities to ensure secure access control.
• Design authentication and access management solutions utilizing Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, encompassing SSO, MFA, passwordless options, Conditional Access, and Business-to-Business (B2B) access.
• Develop integration strategies across cloud, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), on-premises, and Operational Technology (OT) platforms, employing standards like SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth, System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Kerberos, APIs, and X.509 certificates.
• Oversee architectural integrity through all project phases from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, and operational transition.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, applications, and vendor teams to ensure adherence to security policies and enterprise standards.

Candidate Profile

• Between 4 to 6 years of solid experience architecting IAM solutions.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying sophisticated enterprise IAM platforms.
• In-depth expertise in IGA, PAM, Access Management, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Comprehensive understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Kerberos.
• Adept at communicating complex architecture concepts to both technical teams and business stakeholders across varied technical domains.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
