About the Role

Join The Village Bakery Group as a Hygiene Operative in a dayshift position. This introductory role involves supporting hygiene teams with straightforward tasks. Complete training to build competence, then progress to a skilled operative earning higher pay rates. Shifts follow a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern, from 05:45 AM to 6:00 PM.

• No prior experience necessary; a keen willingness to learn, strong enthusiasm, and commitment to quality are essential
• The position involves physically demanding tasks requiring adequate physical fitness
• Ability to remain on feet throughout the entire shift

Preferred Experience

• Previous work in a fast-paced factory environment in a comparable capacity is advantageous
