Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay rate up to €26.50
- Full-time work schedule: 06:00–14:30 (Fridays 13:30) and 09:30–18:00 (Fridays 17:00)

Position Summary
The Hydraulic Technician will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex hydraulic lifting and loading systems found on multi-deck car transport vehicles, ensuring they remain safe and operationally efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and repair malfunctions in hydraulic systems
- Address leaks in cylinders and rams and replace high-pressure hoses
- Repair control valves and diagnose Power Take-Off (PTO) issues
- Perform scheduled hydraulic safety inspections and maintenance tasks such as fluid changes and filter cleaning
- Lubricate mechanical joints and calibrate deck pressure settings
- Verify compliance with lifting regulations and test emergency stop functions
- Ensure load-holding check valves are functional and keep meticulous service and repair records
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of hydraulic schematics and diagrams
- Proficient with high-pressure fluid systems and hydraulic pressure gauges
- Basic welding and fabrication capabilities
- Familiarity with commercial vehicle electronics
- Vocational qualification in mechanical engineering
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience working with heavy-duty hydraulics
- Prior hands-on experience with multi-deck car transporter systems such as Rolfo Belle, Kassborrher Lohr, or Transporter Engineering
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely work at height
- Capacity to lift weights up to 25 kilograms
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
