Key Responsibilities
- Formulate, assess, and apply HR policies and guidelines that align with organizational goals and comply with Saudi Arabian legal requirements.
- Design and maintain compensation structures, salary grades, and benefits systems.
- Create, standardize, and regularly update job descriptions throughout the company.
- Lead initiatives for organizational development and workforce planning efforts.
- Manage payroll processing and compensation activities ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Direct recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes to secure skilled personnel.
- Address employee relations issues and labor disputes with thorough investigations and proper documentation for resolution.
- Oversee visa applications and immigration protocols, ensuring full compliance with relevant laws.
- Guarantee adherence to Saudi Labor Law and employment standards across the company.
- Provide expert HR advice to leadership on staff and organizational topics.
- Drive continuous enhancement of HR systems, processes, and overall organizational efficiency.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of human resources experience, preferably in the industrial manufacturing sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on expertise with Saudi Labor Law and human resource policies.
- Proven background in managing HR policies, benefits, payroll, recruitment, organizational structuring, and employee relations.
- Experience in developing salary grading frameworks and compensation models.
- Strong proficiency in crafting and maintaining job descriptions and company organizational charts.
- In-depth familiarity with visa management and governmental procedures related to employment.
- Excellent leadership capabilities, communication proficiency, negotiation skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Fluent command of English language, both written and spoken.
