Job description
Position Overview
This role supports the Human Resources team by overseeing employee relations matters, assisting leadership in resolving HR issues, and ensuring compliance throughout hiring and recruitment aligned with applicable laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor employee relations issues, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
- Support management and leadership in addressing Human Resources concerns and challenges.
- Oversee hiring and recruitment procedures, ensuring adherence to local, state, federal laws and corporate standards.
- Communicate HR-related information, policies, and programs effectively to both employees and management.
- Maintain and audit employee documentation including interviews and I-9 verifications for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate logistics, administration, and scheduling for annual employee surveys.
- Manage incoming phone communications professionally and record messages when necessary.
- Assist management with various employee management tasks such as hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
- Adhere strictly to company safety and security policies; promptly report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information is maintained at all times.
- Uphold company guest service standards and use professional communication practices.
- Foster positive working relationships and teamwork among staff to meet shared objectives.
- Utilize computer systems or point of sale platforms to input and retrieve work-related information.
- Handle physical tasks involving the movement of objects up to 10 pounds.
- Carry out additional reasonable duties as directed by Supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- At least one year of professional experience relevant to the role.
- A minimum of one year of supervisory experience required.
- No specific licenses or certifications mandated.

The position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia at Kudai Road. It is a non-management, full-time role that requires on-site work.
