Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Specialist to lead our talent acquisition efforts and ensure a smooth onboarding process. The role primarily involves sourcing top-tier real estate professionals, managing a complete recruitment cycle, and facilitating a structured and welcoming onboarding experience, alongside supporting routine HR activities.
Responsibilities
- Post job openings, actively identify and source candidates, screen resumes, and shortlist applicants for sales and administrative vacancies.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, and face-to-face) between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and professional candidate journey.
- Manage the entire onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and gathering necessary documentation from new hires.
- Coordinate with IT and management to guarantee workspace setup, system access, and welcome kits readiness prior to employees' start dates.
- Conduct thorough new employee orientations, facilitate team introductions, and align new hires with their training schedules.
- Assist in registering new employees on official Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudadd.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records within the HR information system.
- Serve as the primary contact for new hires concerning HR inquiries, company policies, and workplace integration support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on HR experience within Saudi Arabia, with a significant emphasis on recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and familiarity with government HR portals like Qiwa and GOSI.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Fluent bilingual communication capabilities in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
