Human Resources Manager

About the Role

Innovations Global is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This full-time position involves leading and managing HR functions across diverse workforce segments including bike riders, car drivers, and white-collar staff, ensuring efficient HR operations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR team and oversee workforce HR operations end-to-end.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
• Coordinate payroll including overtime, deductions, and incentives.
• Handle attendance and leave management systems.
• Administer medical insurance and ensure compliance.
• Monitor employee performance using KPIs and conduct disciplinary investigations.
• Organize accommodation and transportation logistics for employees.
• Ensure HR processes do not disrupt overall business operations.

Compliance and Employee Relations

• Ensure full adherence to UAE Labour Law and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) regulations.
• Maintain Wages Protection System (WPS) governance and enforce payroll compliance.
• Lead MOHRE inspections, audits, and investigations.
• Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters effectively.

Experience and Language Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years HR experience within the UAE and total 8 to 12 years overall.
• Proven experience managing either delivery vehicle riders/drivers or overseeing 500+ blue-collar workers.
• Strong operational HR expertise in managing large volume workforce environments.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from 12,000 to 15,000 AED per month.
