Business Development Executive

About the Role

Innovations Global is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This role is situated within the SaaS, B2B Technology, and GovTech sectors and focuses on generating and qualifying leads to support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen inbound inquiries and perform discovery calls to assess potential clients' needs.
• Identify and research target accounts to uncover new business opportunities.
• Engage potential customers through outbound phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Maintain precise and updated lead and pipeline information using CRM systems.
• Arrange qualified appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing departments.
• Monitor and report on metrics related to lead conversion, meetings set, and pipeline status.

Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, SDR, or BDR roles.
• Prior exposure to B2B, SaaS, GovTech, or technology sales environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable engaging prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Ability to comprehend and clearly articulate technology-based solutions.
• Fluency in English at a native or near-native level.
• Highly organized, energetic, resilient, and driven to meet targets.

Salary and Application
