About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team based in Khamīs Mushayţ, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, onsite position.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- At least 5 years of practical experience in human resources management or leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Good understanding of labor laws and governmental regulations applicable in the region.
- Competent in utilizing human resources systems and software such as HRIS and HRMS.
- Certification holders such as CIPD, PHRi, or SHRM are preferred.
