PadosiAgent ServTech Private Limited offers an opportunity to work as an HR intern, supporting the recruitment and human resources operations within the company. The selected intern will play a vital role in various HR functions including talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, record maintenance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing candidates by utilizing job boards, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.
- Manage scheduling and communication of interviews, ensuring effective follow-up with candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
- Help prepare essential HR paperwork such as offer letters, joining documents, and internship certificates.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to comprehend hiring needs and facilitate recruitment processes.
- Support activities related to employee onboarding, engagement, and general HR day-to-day tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
