About Centre Point Hospitality

Centre Point Hospitality manages Hotel Centre Point, a prestigious 5-star hotel located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, since November 1988. The hotel features 136 elegant rooms, 14 banquet halls, a multi-cuisine fine dining restaurant, a coffee shop, and an all-day bespoke buffet, alongside round-the-clock room service. Positioned in Ramdaspeth's Central Bazaar Road, it caters to business and leisure clientele with premium hospitality and event services. The group is also expanding with new hotels planned in New Mumbai, Raipur, and Goa, offering promising career advancement opportunities.

Role Overview

We seek an on-site Human Resources Executive to oversee the daily HR operations at Hotel Centre Point, Nagpur. Key responsibilities include recruitment coordination, onboarding, monitoring attendance and leave, maintaining personnel records, enforcing HR policies and compliance, managing employee relations and engagement activities, supporting performance management, and organizing training and staff development programs. The position requires collaboration with department heads to effectively manage staffing requirements and cultivate a positive work environment that upholds hospitality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A solid understanding of Human Resource principles and management.
  • Experience in HR operations such as recruitment, documentation, administration, and onboarding processes.
  • Expertise in employee relations, dealing with workplace issues, engagement, and fostering respect.
  • Awareness of labor laws, policy enforcement, and HR compliance.
  • Preferably holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools and HR software applications.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site, juggle multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Additional Information
