Role Overview
The Executive Assistant to the Vice President is a full-time on-site position at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. This role involves delivering high-level administrative and organizational support directly to the Vice President. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing correspondence and expense reports, and maintaining confidential records. The assistant will aid in planning and following up on both internal and external meetings, drafting documents and presentations, and facilitating communication between the executive and various internal teams and external partners. The position also supports hospitality-related tasks and event logistics, with a focus on streamlining operations and improving efficiency in executive workflows.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Strong experience in executive administrative assistance and supporting senior leadership with discretion regarding confidential information.
- Skilled in calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Experienced in preparing and handling expense reports and other basic financial documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills suitable for a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity software including MS Office suite, email, and calendar tools, and familiarity with digital document management.
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector or in supporting senior or C-suite executives is advantageous.
