Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and driven Human Resources Director to become part of our Executive Leadership Team. This individual will spearhead the formulation and execution of the HR strategy aligned with business goals, reporting directly to the CEO. The role commands strategic HR leadership across all areas ensuring synergy between workforce strategy and company growth ambitions globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted strategic HR consultant to the Board and Executive Team, advising on organizational planning, workforce structuring, leadership development, and business transformation efforts.
  • Create and implement a holistic global HR plan that aligns with Farmasi’s mission, ethics, culture, and long-term targets.
  • Manage all HR operations including recruiting, workforce planning, performance management, learning & development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws, social security requirements, and employment regulations.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Production, Quality, and Health & Safety departments to ensure operational excellence.
  • Design and roll out a Learning & Development framework that fosters leadership growth and workforce preparedness.
  • Champion employee engagement programs cultivating a culture of accountability, cooperation, innovation, continuous improvement, and inclusiveness.
  • Utilize HR analytics and workforce data to inform strategic decisions and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and motivate a high-caliber global HR team equipped to support Farmasi’s international expansion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
  • At least 15 years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience, including senior roles within multinational manufacturing or FMCG companies.
  • Demonstrated achievement in crafting and executing strategic HR initiatives that positively impact business outcomes.
  • In-depth experience supporting complex manufacturing environments containing both blue and white-collar workforce segments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR compliance practices.
  • Extensive expertise in talent management, organizational and leadership development, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Proven track record of managing significant organizational change and transformation projects.
  • Strong commercial insight with the capability to convert business strategies into impactful people management solutions.
  • Analytical prowess with experience in leveraging HR metrics and data insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation abilities, and communication with executives.
  • Experience managing employer branding, executive recruitment, and recruitment marketing in competitive global talent markets.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
