About the Role
Our client, a dynamic organization in Dubai, seeks a seasoned Human Resources Manager to spearhead the HR department. This hands-on position demands a professional adept at managing the entire employee lifecycle, enhancing HR frameworks, and collaborating closely with senior executives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations ensuring effective implementation of policies and standard procedures.
- Design, execute, and refine HR policies, methodologies, and exceptional practices.
- Handle employee relations and counsel management and staff on HR matters.
- Direct recruitment, onboarding, talent performance evaluation, and growth initiatives.
- Guarantee adherence to UAE labor laws and related statutory requirements.
- Oversee HR systems, streamline processes, and manage accurate reporting.
- Assist in compensation, benefits administration, payroll activities, and overall employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on people strategy and organizational necessities.
- Lead and mentor a compact HR team comprising three direct reports.
- Foster a workplace environment characterized by professionalism, accountability, and high performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Possesses between 8 to over 15 years of progressive experience in HR roles, particularly in managerial or HR business partner positions.
- Extensive familiarity with HR systems, processes, best practices, and policy formulation.
- Deep expertise in UAE HR laws and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated capacity to oversee multiple HR functions rather than specializing exclusively.
- Experience leading teams and operating autonomously in lean or entrepreneurial setups.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Assertive and confident demeanor, effective in engaging senior executives.
- International or multicultural work exposure considered a plus.
- Proficiency in French or Arabic languages is mandatory.
