Role Overview
The HR Coordinator - Payroll plays a vital role within the HR team by managing the precise and punctual processing of payroll for employees at Hail Creek. This position necessitates a strong command of SAP payroll systems and Workday, overseeing the entire payroll cycle, and applying advanced data analysis skills to maintain accuracy, compliance, and continual process enhancements in a high-operational setting.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the coordinator is instrumental in implementing the site's HR strategy through payroll activities conducted with strict adherence to regulations. Balancing daily operational needs, this role also champions a culture centered on responsibility, employee engagement, and ongoing development.
