About the Role

The Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Medina, Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. This position is based in the Central Area District North of Al Masjid Al Nabawi.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain comprehensive filing systems to ensure efficient record keeping.
  • Generate and format office correspondence using computer applications.
  • Manage distribution and routing of mail within the Human Resources department.
  • Order, track, and manage Human Resources office supplies and forms inventory.
  • Answer incoming calls and accurately document messages.
  • Create and maintain personnel files for new employees.
  • Assist walk-in applicants through application processes and maintain a clean, accessible application area compliant with accessibility standards.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from employees and management about company and HR policies and programs.
  • Notify HR management about employee relations issues within divisions or properties.
  • Safeguard confidentiality and security of employee and company records, ensuring accurate maintenance of documents such as interview materials and I-9 forms.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets.
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management promptly.
  • Greet guests according to company norms and maintain courteous, professional communication.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues to support team objectives.
  • Use computer systems and point of sale terminals to enter and retrieve work-related information.
  • Perform tasks involving moving or lifting objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Undertake reasonable additional duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
  • At least one year of relevant professional experience in a related role.
  • No prior supervisory experience required.
  • No licenses or certifications necessary.
