Position Overview

Alkhorayef Energy System (AES) is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join its team at the Second Industrial City in Riyadh. This role entails delivering both strategic and operational human resources support aligned with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure HR strategies align closely with business goals.
• Assist in workforce planning, recruitment processes, onboarding procedures, and talent management efforts.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide expert guidance on HR policies as well as Saudi Labor Law.
• Facilitate performance management, oversee succession planning, and promote employee development programs.
• Examine HR metrics and present actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Drive organizational development and lead initiatives related to change management.
• Guarantee adherence to company guidelines and relevant labor laws.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Bring over eight years of pertinent HR experience, including substantial expertise as an HR Business Partner.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law alongside best HR practices.
• Exhibit strong communication abilities, stakeholder management flair, and problem-solving aptitude.
• Holding professional HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD is an advantage.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is desirable.
