Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Manager to join Hygihealths LLP at our Hyderabad office. This role requires a professional who can oversee multiple facets of human resource management to support our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes to ensure effective staffing and talent acquisition.
- Manage onboarding programs and training initiatives to integrate and develop employees effectively.
- Handle employee relations to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Administer compensation structures and benefits packages to support employee satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and update company policies accordingly.
- Plan workforce requirements to align with organizational goals.
- Conduct performance management activities including evaluations and feedback systems.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 15,000 and 25,000 INR.
