About the Role
This role suits a people-oriented professional eager to assist with employee processes, maintain precise records, and foster a positive work environment. As a Human Resource Specialist, you will manage essential HR functions, ensuring that all data is organised, confidential, and handled with professionalism. Collaborating remotely with various teams, you'll support recruitment, employee documentation, HR administration, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Keep employee records and HR databases accurate and updated.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including candidate communications and interview scheduling.
- Prepare and organise HR documents and reports timely.
- Assist with onboarding and manage employee lifecycle activities.
- Address employee inquiries and provide necessary administrative support.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive employee information.
- Regularly update HR systems and documentation.
- Support dissemination of policies and HR initiatives.
- Assist with workforce reporting and various administrative projects.
