Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities at store level.
• Oversee onboarding and exit processes within stores.
• Maintain personnel files and manage data accurately.
• Handle monthly attendance and leave record keeping.
• Verify and validate third-party (3P) vendor bills.
• Coordinate salary disbursement for employees.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Manage coordination of employee benefits administration.
• Organize and document training sessions at the store level.
• Escalate and resolve employee grievances efficiently.
• Lead and implement HR-related initiatives.
• Manage workplace notice boards and assist with inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline with relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proven background in senior fit technician tasks including expertise in wash techniques and pattern making.
• Proficient with product specification sheets and technical sheets.
• Experience working with design software including Coral Draw, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Proto, SizeSet, and pre-production sampling procedures.
• Strong analytical and insight skills with keen attention to detail.
• Understanding of competitive market dynamics encompassing propositions, pricing, and strategy.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage complex tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel locally and to other cities as required.
• Excellent teamwork capabilities and communication skills.

Additional Information

Applicants should expect to work primarily onsite at the Morvi, India location. The role offers a salary ranging from Rs. 200,000 to Rs. 400,000 annually. The position encourages candidates who aspire to advance their careers in technical roles within retail.
