Role Overview

The position of Human Resources Generalist, located onsite in Bhopal, involves overseeing everyday HR functions. Key duties include managing employee onboarding and exit procedures, updating and safeguarding HR records, facilitating the enforcement of HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, tracking attendance and leave, assisting in the performance review processes, responding to employee inquiries, supporting team engagement initiatives, aiding recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards. The role requires working closely with both management and staff to promote a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Solid grounding in HR principles and management practices to efficiently handle core HR tasks.
  • Familiarity with HR policies to help with execution and adherence to internal frameworks.
  • Experience in administering employee benefits, including communication of programs to staff.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to responsibly manage sensitive information and maintain precise HR documentation.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HR information systems or related software tools.
  • Education includes a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines; HR certifications are advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role or similar, ideally within manufacturing, technology, or hospitality sectors.
