Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team of Area Commercial Managers and Store Accounts Heads within the region.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the regional Operations Team for all finance-related issues.
• Engage with banking partners to oversee CMS operations and other payment methods at store level.
• Oversee the accounting functions for the region until final accounts are completed.
• Collaborate efficiently with auditors to facilitate thorough auditing of regional accounts.
• Compile and prepare consolidated periodic performance analyses, MIS reports, and submit them to Corporate Office.
• Manage bank and branch reconciliations diligently.
• Handle vendor reconciliations and ensure timely payment processing.
• Supervise regional taxation matters including TDS, GST, and any other applicable taxes.
• Recruit, train, and oversee a team of 10 to 12 members.
• Conduct store visits across 40 to 50 stores within the region to verify SOP compliance and operational controls.
• Perform regional travel as required to manage and support store operations effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Postgraduate qualification with an MBA specializing in Finance is mandatory.
• Professional experience ranging from 11 to 16 years.
• Preferred backgrounds include Retail, Hotel and Restaurant Industry, Quick Service Restaurants, Financial Services, FMCG, and Pharmaceutical sectors.

Additional Information

• Candidate is expected to handle the finance management for approximately 40 to 50 stores in the assigned region.
• Traveling within the region is a key aspect of the role to ensure operational and SOP compliance.
• The role involves managing mid-sized teams and multiple financial tasks including accounts finalization and taxation.
