Core service areas include both generic and branded medicines, pharmacy products, doctor consults (OPD), pathology and diagnostics partnerships, hospital collaborations, medicine delivery, basic health checks, blood bank services, ambulance availability, free sample collection from home, and economical ECG and sugar/BP check-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and employee onboarding processes.
- Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and promote a constructive organizational culture.
- Coordinate payroll data, monitor attendance and leave records, and assist with salary and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and contribute to drafting or revising internal policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update human resource databases such as HRIS or ATS.
- Support performance evaluation procedures and facilitate employee training and development programs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational background of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- One to three years of relevant experience in a core or generalist HR role.
- Technical proficiency in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, effective problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities.
