About the Role
We are seeking an HR Process Executive to facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes for Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) throughout the United States. This role offers recent graduates a chance to start a career in HR and recruitment while engaging with US-based clients.
In this position, you will assist in transportation and logistics operations by liaising with drivers, overseeing day-to-day activities, maintaining precise records, and ensuring efficient business process execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Review driver applications submitted via recruitment platforms.
- Communicate with candidates through phone calls, emails, and text messages to conduct screenings and provide hiring status updates.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules with Amazon DSP hiring managers.
- Assist candidates throughout onboarding by collecting required documents and managing pre-employment procedures.
- Track progress and completion of background checks, drug testing, ADP onboarding, I-9, and E-Verify documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment tracking sheets, and hiring reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and US clients to fulfill hiring objectives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and consistent follow-ups.
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Open to freshers or individuals with up to two years of experience in recruitment, human resources, BPO, customer support, or operations roles.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Comfortable conducting telephone conversations with US-based candidates.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and the Microsoft Office suite.
Work Schedule
This position follows the US shift schedule from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM Indian Standard Time (IST).
