Overview
Compass Business Management, a leader in manufacturing and supplying clamps, connectors, flat & tubular bus bars, substation materials, cable management systems, and earthing accessories across diverse applications, is looking for a Human Resource Executive based in Mumbai, India.
Role Summary
This position involves overseeing daily HR functions including recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, payroll processing, and general HR administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining HR MIS, managing attendance, ensuring smooth onboarding procedures, and fostering a productive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and Development or a Bachelor of Commerce degree with specialization in HR. Strong communication abilities and effective people management skills are necessary. A practical understanding of HR operations such as payroll management, attendance tracking, and labour compliance is essential.
