Job description
Job Overview and Qualifications
We are seeking experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Engineers to join our team at Rumoz Consulting Engineers based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and be ready for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe workplace practices by leveraging expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health, complying with regulatory requirements.
- Apply strong knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) principles and safety engineering to design and uphold effective safety management systems.
- Deliver comprehensive HSE training, safety orientations, and awareness initiatives tailored for multidisciplinary project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
- In-depth familiarity with Saudi Arabian HSE laws and regulations, alongside international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, creating incident reports, and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Strong analytical abilities coupled with excellent communication and documentation skills to foster collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Possession of professional HSE certifications like NEBOSH or IOSH is considered advantageous.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
