Role Overview
We seek a HRIS Sales Development Representative to join our Dubai team, specializing in identifying and qualifying new business prospects for HRIS platforms like Oracle and Workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess potential sales opportunities related to HRIS solutions such as Oracle and Workday.
- Perform market research to target possible clients in the Dubai area.
- Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and participation in networking events.
- Demonstrate Amaris HRIS products to potential clients and partners.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
- Accurately document sales activities and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Assist in creating client proposals and presentations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client companies.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a degree in business, HR, or IT-related areas.
- Have proven experience in sales development or business development focused on HRIS solutions.
- Good understanding of HRIS platforms like Oracle, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong communication and negotiation abilities.
