Key Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment for both IT and Non-IT sectors.
• Manage hiring under Contract to Hire (C2H) agreements.
• Recruit candidates ranging from frontline roles to senior-level positions.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals.
• Maintain candidate follow-ups from interview stages until final joining.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Expertise in Contract to Hire recruitment processes.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
• Skilled in sourcing candidates from various job portals.
• Strong candidate counseling and engagement abilities.
