About the Role
Fintech Cloud Private Limited is seeking a motivated HR Executive based in Andheri East, Mumbai, near Marol Naka Metro station. The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive HR activities in a dynamic Fintech/NBFC setting, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work culture and working alongside leadership to drive strategic human resource initiatives supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for BFSI, NBFC, and Fintech positions, including sourcing through various job portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent rounds.
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from role requirement gathering to finalizing job offers.
- Organize interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and interviewers, maintaining efficient communication.
- Maintain detailed recruitment data and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Handle onboarding processes for newly recruited employees.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and energetic workplace atmosphere.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, and leadership development initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and foster open communication.
