Field Collection Executive

Job Overview

Fintech Cloud Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Executive to join their Collections department focusing on NBFC and fintech sectors. Based in Ghaziabad, this full-time role involves managing customer dues recovery by visiting customers at their homes, businesses, or registered addresses to secure timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to customers' various locations for collecting payments.
• Follow up diligently on pending and overdue payments to meet collection targets.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly assigned collection goals.
• Assist customers in understanding payment methods and resolve related inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of field visits, collections, and follow-up actions.
• Submit comprehensive daily reports to the reporting manager.
• Professionally interact with customers to foster positive relationships.
• Work closely with internal collection and operations teams regarding challenging cases.
• Adhere to company policies, collection protocols, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education requirement of 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Prior experience in field collection, loan recovery, NBFC, banking, or finance sectors preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication and willingness for fieldwork are welcome.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and visiting clients in the field.
• Knowledge of the local area and language is advantageous.
• Proficient in basic smartphone use and applications.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler vehicle and driving license is mandatory.
