About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter in Mumbai to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of talented professionals to meet our clients' needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and publish job advertisements across various platforms including company websites and social media channels.
• Actively source candidates by identifying both active job seekers and passive talent through platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Develop and maintain talent pools by tracking qualified candidates for potential future opportunities.
• Thoroughly review resumes to shortlist candidates that closely align with the role's requirements.
• Conduct telephonic screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and enthusiasm for the position.
• Arrange and execute structured interviews, evaluating both professional skills and cultural compatibility.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand job specifications, hiring parameters, and timelines.
• Offer insights on current market salary structures and availability of talent to inform client decisions.
• Build and nurture ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeated engagements and uncover new recruitment opportunities.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranging from 12,000 to 19,000 INR.
