Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend hiring needs and detailed job profiles from clients.

- Review CVs, undertake preliminary discussions with applicants, and arrange interviews.
- Maintain communication with clients and candidates to facilitate the recruitment process efficiently.

- Meet monthly recruitment goals and update the candidate tracking system regularly.
Candidate Profile
- Effective verbal and written communication along with strong interpersonal abilities.

- Open to newcomers as well as individuals with prior experience.

Compensation
